Raymond Sport delivered a high-performance EPDM rubber flooring installation across designated play and sports areas at Dubai Sports City, designed to support safety, durability, and long-term use in a high-traffic environment.

The project scope included full sub-base preparation and poured-in-place EPDM installation, starting with laser-leveled asphalt works to achieve precise surface uniformity. A polyurethane binder layer was applied, followed by a 12 mm EPDM wear layer, creating a seamless, cushioned surface engineered for impact absorption, slip resistance, and UV stability.

Material selection and installation detailing were carefully executed to ensure consistent performance under intensive use and exposure to extreme climate conditions. The completed flooring meets recognized international sports and safety standards, supporting a wide range of activities while reducing injury risk.

The finished EPDM surface delivers a low-maintenance, long-lasting solution that enhances both safety and visual quality, reinforcing Raymond Sport’s commitment to precision execution and durable sports infrastructure.
