About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive sales of premium, world-class fitness equipment across the UAE. You will work directly with gyms, hotels, fitness clubs, government facilities, corporate wellness programs, and more.
This role requires a strong understanding of gym equipment, floor layout planning, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for commercial fitness equipment sales
- Build relationships with gyms, hotels, corporate clients, real estate developers & government departments
- Conduct product presentations, showroom demos, and client consultations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and fitness layout recommendations
- Achieve sales targets and grow RS Fitness equipment distribution network
- Maintain product knowledge of strength, cardio, studio, and functional equipment
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years experience in B2B fitness equipment or sports industry sales
- Strong understanding of gym equipment and commercial fitness solutions
- Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong presentation skills

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager with deep knowledge of sports facilities, fit-outs, sports flooring, and equipment supply. The ideal candidate understands project-based sales, tendering, BOQ creation, and has strong connections with contractors, consultants, schools, sports clubs, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales for sport facility fit-out projects, flooring, and equipment supply
- Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, schools, academies & government clients
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, technical submittals, and quotations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with installation/technical teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and project negotiations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in sports facilities, construction, flooring, or fit-out sales
- Strong understanding of sports equipment, sports flooring, and turnkey sports facility solutions
- Experience in B2B project sales and tendering
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license required
